Saturday, 1 November 2025 from 2:30 AM to 3:30 AM GST. During this period, some of our services may be unavailable:
- Mashreq Credit and Debit Card transactions at stores, online and ATMs
- Mashreq Mobile App & Online Banking services
- Mashreq ATMs and Cash & Cheque Deposit Machines
- Call Centre and IVR services
This upgrade is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our products and systems.
