Salaam is Mashreq's loyalty programme that rewards you on your entire banking relationship with us. As our customer, you earn points when you spend using any of the Salaam eligible Mashreq Credit & Debit Cards, and on using all eligible Mashreq banking solutions.

Payment Delay/Default
Redemption of Points will be restricted in case of delay in payment and / or default on any Credit Card.
Forfeiture
All accumulated Salaam Points balance will be forfeited if you have not earned or redeemed any Salaam Points in last twelve (12) months.

No registration is required. Your total Salaam balance is made up of two types of Points:
a) Salaam Points earning on purchases made on cards eligible for Salaam earnings b) Salaam Points earning based on your overall banking relationship with Mashreq. 
However, we suggest you register on Mashreq Online in order to benefit from the full functionality of the Salaam website.
Your Salaam Points will expire (3) years from the date of earning.
Flights and hotel stay options are supported by MMI Travels and the Electronic Shop is supported by Eros, Dubai. All modifications and cancellation requests post purchase of the Flight Tickets and Hotel Bookings will be managed directly by MMI Travels. Expatriate/Emirati Personal finance, do not earn Salaam Points. Relationship Points accumulated each month are credited to your Points’ pool on the 2nd of the following month. "
  1. Instant Redemption at partner merchant stores within UAE Spend your Salaam Points instantly while you shop, dine at a wide range of partner outlets within UAE. Simply present your Card at the counter, check the value of available Salaam Points for redemption, choose the number of Points to redeem and sign the receipt. Visit Mashreq Mobile to view the list of partner outlets.
  2. Online redemption through our retail and travel partner Redeem your Salaam Points at our rewards partner site offering options to buy flights, hotel stays and electronic goods. To find out more, click here.
The Salaam Points which you see appearing on your Statement and also in Online & Mobile Banking are your cumulative total of Salaam Points earned through the Salaam Rewards Programme. These cumulative points can be used in whole or in part for redemption at any of the above channels.
Unfortunately Salaam Points cannot be redeemed for online transactions or bill payments
You can login to Mashreq Online and go to Rewards and Mobile. Then, go to Mashreq Salaam Rewards to view a statement of your Salaam points.
