: You will become eligible automatically when: • Your salary of AED 10,000+ is credited to your Mashreq Account, or • Your end-of-day balance exceeds AED 50,000 • You will be notified once the benefits are activated for you
: If your salary is not credited to your Mashreq Account for 2 consecutive months, your NEO PLUS benefits will be discontinued at the start of the following month. Example: If you were eligible in May but missed salary transfers in June and July, your benefits will end at the start of August.
: If your balance remains below AED 50,000 for 2 consecutive months, your NEO PLUS benefits will be discontinued from the start of the following month. Example: If you were eligible in May but your balance drops in June and July, your benefits will end at the start of August.
: Yes. You’ll automatically become eligible for benefits when you meet the criteria again: • Salary Transfer Customers: Benefits resume once your salary of AED 10,000+ is credited. • Non-Salary Transfer Customers: Benefits resume on the next month after maintaining a monthly average balance of AED 50,000.
: No, Mashreq staff are not eligible for NEO PLUS benefits.
: Mashreq reserves the right to review and assess transactions to ensure they align with your account profile. If misuse is detected, the bank may cancel or restrict your NEO PLUS benefits and take further action, including account closure.
: To start earning profit, you must open a NEO PLUS Saver Account and transfer funds into it.
: No. There is no need to apply or opt in. Once you meet the eligibility criteria, you automatically become eligible to NEO PLUS.
: No. You can continue using your existing debit card to enjoy the fee waivers on ATM cash withdrawals.
: No. The evaluation fee is refunded only after a successful Home Finance booking. If the Home Finance doesn’t go through, the fee will not be reimbursed.
