Terms and conditions

Service will be get activated within 5 working days from the date of submitting request

Courier will pick-up the Trade documents only in a sealed packet and provide tracking acknowledgement and deliver to Mashreq Central Processing Team located at DOZ
Customer may track the shipment on www.teamexpressme.com through courier reference number
All Collections requests for Dubai, received on or before 10.30 am would be collected and delivered same day to Mashreq – DOZ, otherwise would be delivered on next working day
All collections request, for Sharjah received on or before 10:00 am would be collected from the customer and delivered same day to Mashreq Central Processing Team, otherwise would be delivered on next working day
All collection requests for other Emirates on or before 3pm would be collected from customer and delivered on next working day to Mashreq Central Processing Team
