The Mashreq Al-Islami Income Fund (Shari’ah Compliant Sukuk Fund)

The investment objective of the Mashreq Al-Islami Income Fund is to provide Shareholders with Shariah-compliant fixed returns.

Mashreq Capital Shariah Compliant Funds (OEIC) PLC (the “Fund”) is an umbrella Shariah-compliant fund. The Fund is organised as an umbrella public company with limited liability and registered as an open-ended investment company in the Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC). The Fund is managed by Mashreq Capital (DIFC) Ltd and the Fund Manager is regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (the “DFSA”). The Mashreq Al-Islami Income Fund will only invest in Shariah-compliant fixed income securities approved by the Shariah Supervisory Board. The Mashreq Al-Islami Income Fund’s return objective is to achieve annual net returns above the market return as represented by a generally accepted index (e.g. JP Morgan Middle East Sukuk Index) over the life of the Mashreq Al-Islami Income Fund.
