As part of Mashreq's ongoing efforts to provide superior service to our clients, we are pleased to advise you of the introduction of a dedicated document drop-off center - 'Trade Doc Desk' already operating in different areas of Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.

Services

These service centers will be operating as a document drop off point for all Trade Related transactions such as:

Import Letter of Credit Issuance and Amendment Applications
Letter of Guarantee Issuance & Amendment Applications
Import Bill settlements instructions
Trade Finance Request and Settlement instructions
Export LC & Collection Bill Submissions
Submission of Factoring Invoices
Mashreq Business Online Application Forms
Collection Forms
Trade document drop-off center working hours: 8:00 am to 3:00 pm on all weekdays (Monday to Friday)
